WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
Every order placed before 2pm on Monday-Friday, will be processed the same day. Orders made on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day. For the specific delivery times per country, please refer to our shipping page.
WHERE CAN I FIND THE SHIPMENT STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a track & trace number to track the status of your order. If you have not received it, please check your spam box. Otherwise, please email our customercare with your order number: firstname.lastname@example.org
HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
Purchased items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
To return or exchange items:
Please make sure that the return form is enclosed with your order and that this form must be completed and included in the package. Without this return form we will not be able to process.
Items to return must be in perfect condition, with tags still attached and accompanied by a completed return form. We do not pay for additional customer tax.
Please follow the below instructions to return your item:
- Place the item(s) and the completed return form in the original shipping box, or use an alternative solid packaging method. Close securely
- Take the package to your nearest post office within 14 days of the delivery date of your order. Note: It is your own responsibility to ship the items with track & trace.

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
To exchange an item for a different product we kindly ask you to place a new order. The process of exchanging an item is the same as returning an item.
